More than 1,000 journalists, civic leaders, technologists, and public officials convened in Miami for the 2026 Knight Media Forum to examine the First Amendment and the vital role of a free press in a democratic society.

At a pivotal moment for fundamental rights, the gathering fostered rigorous dialogue, accountability, and cross sector collaboration.
