Knight Media Forum 2026
PRODUCTION PARTNERAT A GLANCE: 1,000+ attendees · 4 days · Miami, FL
The Event
Journalists, civic leaders, technologists, and public officials converged in Miami for the 2026 Knight Media Forum — four days dedicated to examining the First Amendment and the role of a free press in a democratic society. At a moment when fundamental rights face mounting pressure, the forum built space for rigorous dialogue, accountability, and cross-sector collaboration on press freedom, civic participation, public trust, digital platforms, and the evolving responsibilities of media institutions.
The program brought together voices including investigative journalist Julie K. Brown, constitutional scholar Heather Gerken, Miami Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, and Knight Foundation President and CEO Maribel Pérez Wadsworth, alongside a special program hosted by The Atlantic featuring Georgia Fort and Martin Baron.
Our Role
Preview Media served as the Knight Foundation's production partner for the forum, managing stage design, live production, and media integration end to end — building a seamless experience for speakers and attendees across all four days.
